Access Invoice Templates

To manage your invoice templates, start from the Invoices page.

Navigation Path:
Invoices → Top Right Dropdown → Invoice Templates

Click the three-dot menu button next to "Create Invoice" to see the dropdown options.

Set Default Template

Click "Set as Default" on any system template to make it your default.

Important:
The default template is automatically used for:

📄 PDF Invoice generation
📧 Email attachments
📱 SMS invoice links
💬 WhatsApp invoice sharing

You only need to set it once - all invoices will use this template!

How to Create Custom Template:
1. Click "View Sample Templates"
2. Download a sample PHP template
3. Edit colors, fonts, layout in the PHP file
4. Upload your customized template

Tip: Sample templates include all the variables and structure you need. Just modify the styling!

Now when you view any invoice and click "PDF Invoice", it uses your default template!

Template is applied to:
✅ View → PDF Invoice button
✅ Send via Email (PDF attachment)
✅ Send via SMS (invoice link)
✅ Send via WhatsApp (PDF attachment)
